_            To start things off I want you to know that this blog is going to be an outlet for me to organize and share all of the information that I find useful in the creation of Hedgecycle. I'm hoping to include information as we go so that friends, family, and other crafty people can see and understand what it takes to create and manage a small business in today's world. This blog will also host information about things going on in our bicycling community and within our lives. More on these things later though! I want to talk about what we did today.

For those of you who don't know Beavis is our loveable, not so bright, standard Dachshund. It's been quite chilly here lately but the weather gods had forecasted a temperature of 60 degrees today so we thought it would be nice out. We were RIGHT! It was BEAUTIFUL.

This is Beavis. He isn't the cleverest creature in the world but he sure is the sweetest! He was in major dingbat mode today running ahead of us and then running back to check on us. Back and forth, back and forth. It has been raining in Kentucky for the past few days so the leaves and hummus were completely soaked. So when he ran back to us he would skid a few feet when he tried to stop. He almost killed himself on one of the cliffs.

After our hike we went to Indian Fort Theatre to see the torn down shelter. Tillie walked up with us after making friends with Beavis.
